Hours: Full-time, minimum 30 hours per week (opportunity for extra shifts)
Roster: Mix of day, night, and weekend shifts

Joe’s Garage New Plymouth is looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor / Duty Manager to lead our service team.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in hospitality

  • Current Duty Manager certificate is a bonus (we can train you and cover the fees)

  • Barista and bar experience preferred (training available for the right person)

  • Flexible availability across weekdays, nights, and weekends

  • Positive, mature outlook; calm under pressure and leads by example

  • Exceptional people skills; honest, reliable, and team-focused

  • Cash handling experience and relevant qualifications

  • Strong understanding of food safety standards

  • Experience in a busy venue and able to lead a small team (4–5 members)

  • Hardworking and hands-on approach
