We're on the lookout for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead the Joe's Garage Five mile Team.

Requirements:

• Holding a current DM certificate is essential
• Barista experience preferred
• Experience leading a team
• Payroll and HR experience preferable 
• Proficient at administration and business tasks and processes
• Adept at following systems and guidelines
• Flexible availability - weekdays, nights and weekends
• A mature and positive outlook
• Exceptional people skills
• Honest and reliable
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Cash handling experience
